Registration Instructions: 1. Kindly fill out the Pre-Registration Form that was sent to your email. 2. The link to the Parents' Orientation Registration will be sent to you after filling out this form. Follow the instructions indicated in that email to finalize your registration.

Note: All parents are highly encouraged to attend the Parents' Orientation. Parents with children from different departments are not required to attend more than once. However, kindly take note that specific departmental policies will be discussed during each orientation.
