Enrollment Procedure S.Y. 2021-2022

1. Register. Go to and fill out the Pre-Registration Form. The form will be available on June 21, 2021 at 8:00AM.

2. Pay. Choose among three payment options: Over-the-Counter via the MAV Accounting Office, Bank Transfer/Deposit, or GCash.
