ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE
1. Register. Go to tinyurl.com/mavenroll2021 and fill out the Pre-Registration Form. The form will be available on June 21, 2021 at 8:00AM.
2. Pay. Choose among three payment options: Over-the-Counter via the MAV Accounting Office, Bank Transfer/Deposit, or GCash.
For Bank Deposit/Transfer and GCash transactions: Send proof of payment to finance@mav.edu.ph.
4. Receive. A copy of the Registration Form will be sent to your registered email address once payment has been confirmed.
